Pampered Pet place has always provided excellent care for our dog. As she has gotten older she has developed some special needs and they have accommodated those.

We've boarded our 2 dogs here at least 5 times in the past year and have been nothing but 100% satisfied with the service, the way the dogs are treated, the cleanliness of the facility, the outdoor area, and the staff. Very flexible drop off/pick up times!

Used this place for the last time. Called in the morning to tell owner I'd be picking my dog up that afternoon, and would like a call to make sure she got my message.Called another time and got answering machine. Picked my dog up late afternoon, and no one was home.To make matters worse, he had no water. never did get a call back.
