I decided to stop in to have a look at a few watches that I was interested in, and immediately I was greeted by Ms Kristen. She was professional, friendly, easy to communicate with, and most importantly, super knowledgeable about watches.


I ended up purchasing a timeless timepiece. I am blown away at how great my experience was. Will definitely be a customer for years to come.

Looked no further when I wanted to get my first proper watch. The selection was very expansive, even having watches that you have trouble finding anywhere. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure I got the right style, size and fit. Will definitely be going back when I want a second one!

I love this store! Great customer service and beautiful items for gifts or for keeping. Prices are reasonable, there are inexpensive items too. I'm new to the area and glad it was recommended to me by a friend.

Can't say enough good things about my bridal registry experience. My wedding is in 6 days and my contact person, Tiffany, just called to see if I was ready for the big day and to see if there was anything I needed.

(Reisterstown) because of the EXCELLENT repair department! I can truly say that the repair department there makes the trip worth while. Not only are the two woman extremely nice, they are overly experienced in great customer service. Prompt, effective and efficient! The two ladies provide a care for our customers style service that isn't like anywhere I have brought merchandise from. I am a owner of many fine time pieces and I wouldn't dare go anywhere but to that location and it's because I know if something goes wrong with my items, the care and customer service they provide lets me know they have my best intrest at heart!
