Worst customer service I've ever experienced. To be fair, we did enjoy our trip and our guide was great but the end of the trip is what put a really bad taste in my mouth for this company. They work with local photographers that take you picture as you start your trip. This being our honeymoon, we decided to buy the pictures for, even though there was only 12 of them, for $30 dollars. Well, when we got home to Florida and tried to upload the photos, we discovered that they were of people that weren't even on the water with us that day. We were the only boat out at 10:30 the morning. This was back on August 25th. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for well over a month now trying to either get our pictures or to get a refund. My wife and I both called their reservation number and sent an email to them with no response. She did get in touch with a woman who picked up and apologized, saying she would have them sent out by the end of the week. That was over a month ago. Since then, we have called three more times and left messages and sent two more emails with no response either. This is ridiculous! I don't understand how a company can stay in business when they treat their customers this poorly. Even when I was buying the pictures it seemed like it was a hassle to the woman selling them to burn them to a cd. So, I don't suggest purchasing the photos or if you do, make sure you check them before you leave the state. Because you will never hear from these people again.
