Two and a half weeks ago I brought my vehicle to Wegner's for repairs and I still don't have it back. I needed some work done that was, thankfully, covered by my warranty, and only supposed to take 2 days to fix. In the course of working on the vehicle they found a couple other things wrong with it but they have been dragging their feet in getting the job finished up. I'm getting the run-around and being given excuse after excuse as to why it isn't finished. And their customer service ladies are not at all customer service friendly. They act like you're intruding upon their day when you step up to the counter to pay for services and if you need any other assistance, you just have to wander around and hope one of the sales guys will have mercy on you.
