Abysmal Service, dishonest, negligent staff. We took our 2-month old daughter there for what we were told was a FREE 4-hour trial. When my wife returned to pick her up, no one was with her, she had a wet diaper, and had been left in a room. No one greeted or ID'd my wife. My wife eventually removed our daughter without being challenged at all. My wife was later called by phone and she was told that there’d be no bill. She did not apologize for the conditions we found our daughter in and nor why there’d been no security. Clueless. They still billed us; we sent a letter, explaining the conditions, but it wasn't dropped; the owner, sent a $25 bill to collections - which ended up on our credit record for $100. I went to talk this over with the owner but he didn’t get it. I would suggest you go elsewhere. I will be reporting the conditions and practices at this facility to the authorities. In this day and age, it takes just one second for a child to be snatched. Is it worth the risk?
