Provided by YP.comI ordered a specific type of flower (my mom's favorite) for her birthday, but the florist changed it without notifying me ahead of time. When I called, the florist said the different flower was "the same". It's not the same flower. The new one is not my mom's favorite. Bad customer service.

Provided by YP.comI did not get what I ordered (wrong colors) and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It was delivered on Monday. Since her birthday was Friday, I would assume she thinks I forgot her birthday or it was an afterthought.
