I had my windows tinted on both of my cars and it looks great. They were very courteous and Geoff the owner was true to his word. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought an ARE camper top from them. The "45" minute job Turned into 3 trips and a total of 4 hours. they Smoked in the truck. They installed the top off center. They left the top dirty and stained. Now no effort to make the experience any better. Awful lot of money spent and very little to no concern for quality from them.

Had first appointment of the day, name was first on the list, immediately started by telling us a guy was out the day before, so they were behind
We had a simple job to be done, hour tops, still sitting here 3 hours later
Waiting room is not nice for waiting and we live to far to drop off, here we sit����

These guys have done my window tint for years now on multiple vehicles. Awesome quality work and service.

I spent $2500 at Truck Toyz to delete the DPF system on a 2015 RAM 3500. They did the work in a timely manner and I was very excited. However, less than an hour after having the truck back it blew a seal in the turbo and I had to replace an $8000 turbo and I was without a truck for almost 2 weeks. The turbo blowing up is not something unusual for these trucks so I cannot insist with 100% certainty that it was related to the work Truck Toyz did. But, it seems to be a ridiculous assumption to make that the turbo blowing up less than an hour on the road after picking it up from Truck Toyz was completely unrelated tot the work they did. Logan was the one that took care of me when I got the work done and he bent over backwards to try and help me out with this problem. Logan is a great guy. Jeff is the owner and he insisted it was purely a coincidence that the turbo blew right after it left his shop and he refused to take any responsibility at all. He was rude and was not willing to do anything at all to try and make things right. Truck Toyz does not go the second mile to take of their customers. I will not be doing business there anymore. I cannot recommend this place of business.

Dealership recommended Truck Toyz in Piedmont for a transmission cooler installation and long-wire job. What a disaster. The cooler was installed incorrectly per the manufacturer's printed instructions. They reluctantly "fixed" it. 6 weeks later both hoses are loose and I have 1.25 qts of transmission fluid all over my engine compartment. The 7-pin wiring job was extremely sloppy and incomplete. Almost comical. 2 days later I noticed two wires running the length of the frame hanging a couple inches off of the pavement. Not a single zip tie or fastener was used to secure any of the wires. Spent a couple hours underneath my truck myself to get it secured. Would not dream of bringing my vehicle back to Truck Toyz to have it "done correctly", took it to the dealership.
