This place has really turned around! The new management company is great! I have lived here for 5 years and this is the best it has been ever! I was honestly thinking about moving right before this company took over! They are so responsive to our needs and making sure things are taken care of first day! The maintenance man lives on site and is probably the most polite and professional person you will meet! And this manager that's a striking young professional man is amazing! He gets the job done and don't play around! Honestly if you were to ask me a year ago about the place I would have told you to run for your life.... But now I would highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed! It actually feels like home now.

First, I would totally agree with the review above and so would the whole complex. It's less than half capacity and no one is moving in at all. The grass was so tall, everyone got fleas in their apartment's. We just our grass moved a few weeks ago and It's June 28th. The shrubs just received their first trimming last week. No weed pulling and no mulching at all. Gutters are coming off, no painting done. The maintenance man can't do his job because the parts aren't ordered by the company.



If you need anything fixed in an emergency--forget. There is a lady here dying of cancer and she can't get things that she needs to use--like her toilet--HELLO!! Everyone wants out but they can't break their lease. Also, if you go to month, they charge you the market rate, plus $150.00 on top of that and I have never seen another apartment complex do that before. So renter beware! If it's not the EXACT time you want to move, which it never is, you get stuck paying BIG bucks for a month's rent in a hell hole. So for a month's rent of $600 you could be paying $800 or more depending on the market. They show no mercy, not even to our Armed Services people either.



We didn't have a resident manager since the first of February, then about the last month we got one just for Tuesday's and Thursday's. How can you run a business like that, I ask you? They haven't even cleaned the apartment where the gentleman laid dead for three days back at the end of January. I feel sorry for the people who move in there!!!!!



I have been in many apartments, but never one like this, but make sure you know the Pickerington Police non-emergency phone number. I know it by heart now!!! With all the druggies, booze parties, you would think we are on OSU. Kind of reminds me when I went to college, but it's not funny when you have to get up and go to work and the party is still going on till 4:30 a.m. or later. And, the crime is pretty heavy around here too. If you read the paper we are always in there! It's nice to be famous and make the papers!!!



It never use to be this way. When Monica, the manager was here, it wasn't and it was a nice place to live and she took care of things. She also did a background check on people and from what I am told it went by the wayside.



I'm counting days when I can move and I'm advising you to please not move in. There are other places just as reasonable in price and way better.
