When my weekend warrior electrical repair efforts came up short, I called Riley Electrical Service, Inc. of Pickerington, OH (614) 837-8727. Owner, Gerry Riley arrived with his assistant and addressed my recently troubled 14’ high Ceiling Fan and a recessed Light Can. He made quick work of troubleshooting all and providing on the spot remedy. Most appreciative, I readily witnessed how his 40+ years of local servicing of at least 43147, reminded me of how important it is to recognize when an owner cares about his professional workmanship, value provided and earning total customer satisfaction. I have only worked with Jerry over the phone in helping resolve and electrical issue for a house circuit problem that occurred after a power glitch. Knowing something about electrical troubleshooting the problem was narrowed down and was not sure of the next step. At this point I called Riley and spoke with Jerry with his advice and encouragement I proceeded and resolved the issue. For any future electrical needs I will be calling Riley because they seem to be folks that are easy to work with and are focused on serving there customers in all capacities.

Excellent customer service. We had some major residential electrical issues from a lightening strike and Riley Electrical came over within an hour and a half to begin assessing the damage. Of course this occurred during the hottest portion of the summer and our AC was taken out by the hit. As opposed to taking the weekend off or pushing the job, Riley Electrical ordered all the required parts and had us back up and running within a couple of days (Came and fixed it on a Saturday). Superb service and easy to contact with flexible appointment scheduling. I would certainly recommend Riley Electrical to anyone.
