Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Riley Electrical Services. I called about 5 electricians and all of them gave me a week or two timeframe. Gerry was able to fit me in the same day. Gerry was prompt, professional and very informative as we went over my issue with GFI's. Since the issue I had was related to my security system, it was important to get it fixed fast. Riley Electrical resolved the issue and the charge was the best I ever experienced with an electrical company. No need to look around for your electrical issues, just call Riley Electrical Services!

Our family has resided in Pickerington (Violet Township) since 2004. Along the way we have had the occasion to seek repair services from numerous local businesses. It is a pleasure to relate that my experience with the fulfillment of numerous electrical service improvements/repairs with Riley Electrical Services, Inc. has been stellar! Gerry Riley’s (owner) professionalism and skillset consistently exceeds my expectations. Gerry has numerous decades of commercial/residential/industrial electrical contracting experience and is highly astute in his breadth and depth of best practices to make aesthetically pleasing recommendations/choices. The partial scope of our needed work furnished has been ceiling light/fans, kitchen wiring renovations, hot tub troubleshooting, new outlet installations, or more recently… installation of several EMP SHIELD® devices to protect the main electrical panel and whole house generator from a myriad of possible setbacks (Lightning strikes, Amperage Supply Surges, Solar Flares, Electro-Magnetic Pulse fallout… and more). Gerry’s skillset in addressing the scope of our electrical issues has delivered a high value in his remedy for all. Gerry exudes an ‘Old School Work Ethic’ and energetic pace as he arrives with a robust supply of all needed supplies and tooling to complete the job! He listens, and always explains what he assesses and what he will do and upon completion… confirms that our satisfaction is 100%. I have only worked with Jerry over the phone in helping resolve and electrical issue for a house circuit problem that occurred after a power glitch. Knowing something about electrical troubleshooting the problem was narrowed down and was not sure of the next step. At this point I called Riley and spoke with Jerry with his advice and encouragement I proceeded and resolved the issue. For any future electrical needs I will be calling Riley because they seem to be folks that are easy to work with and are focused on serving there customers in all capacities.

Excellent customer service. We had some major residential electrical issues from a lightening strike and Riley Electrical came over within an hour and a half to begin assessing the damage. Of course this occurred during the hottest portion of the summer and our AC was taken out by the hit. As opposed to taking the weekend off or pushing the job, Riley Electrical ordered all the required parts and had us back up and running within a couple of days (Came and fixed it on a Saturday). Superb service and easy to contact with flexible appointment scheduling. I would certainly recommend Riley Electrical to anyone.
