I would not even give this office one star!The worst people I have ever dealt with!They took advantage of my family because we are a private paying insurance,we got charged for many things we should have not been charged for!I had to pull my son out and take him to a new doctor and file a complaint with the Ohio medical board for unethical practice from the doctor and billing of our insurance company!Would not recommend to anyone!

We have nothing but awful things to say about the Pickerington office. First, I'm a first time mom and wanted the best doctors for my baby and was willing to drive 40 minutes to take him, and the telelphone and admissions staff are the most unpleasant unhappy people I have ever dealt with. Then when trying to schedule a well check 2 months ahead of time they said they couldn't see my son for 4 months for his shots! I am an established patient! HELLO, 4 months, they told me it was a policy that I had to schedule at least 3 months ahead of time and I did but found out I would be on a business trip that week. To say the least, I switched and our new Pedi takes same week appointments for shots and well checks!!!
