My conversion van with 130,000 miles on it wouldn't start from time to time. After two days of trying to get it to occur again, J&A concluded that it was a fuel pump. Ford isn't offering a replacement part now. Apparently this is happening a lot and Ford is redesigning the part. I didn't want a knock-off replacement for something that goes inside the fuel tank and costs $700 to replace. J&A's charge? Nothing.



I've been to this shop several times and have always been very satisfied.



Once, I took Mercedes in, then took it to an authorized shop that specializes in Mercedes and they confirmed every thing that J&A diagnosed. Nothing extra, nothing missed.
