I have been using Columbus Taxi Service going on about 8 years now and have referred them to every one of my friends. In that time I've lived in Grandview, Victorian Village, and the Short North...with the vibrant bar scene cabs are a big part of my life so I'm very picky when it comes to service.

T-Michael and the people at Columbus Taxi have gone above and beyond in making me feel like an appreciated customer. Even if they do not have a cab available they will go as far as to find a competing company to accommodate you. I know everybody has their go-to "cab guy"...Well this one is mine and they have consistently delivered when all of my friends' connections failed. Big ups to T-Michael!

I been using Columbus taxi for 8 year. Every time I call mr.t-Michael he has provided outstanding customer service always on time very friendly. Even come early which is very appreciated , very clean and neat taxi. Please continue your outstanding services! I highly recommend Columbus taxi!

I called columbus taxi service today asking to be picked up around 5:30 - 6:00. They told they couldn't guarantee they could. the reason I called is I was needing picked up from Wal-Mart to get my groceries home cause the sidewalks was piled up with snow. they wouldn't do it. whatever happened with customer service. they r a taxi service right? I'll never call on them again. very poor customers service!!! :(

This is the most reliable taxi and shuttle service in the Columbus area. After trying 6 or 7 companies and being stranded at 4a in need of a ride numerous times I came across Columbus Taxi Service and have been using them consistently for the past two years. My schedule is very fluid and always changing, Columbus Taxi Service does everything they can to accommodate my frequent changes. They are prompt and reliable, no matter if I make an appointment a day in advance or three weeks in advance they are consistent and reliable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM.

I have been using Columbus Taxi Service since 2005, 8 years and can say with certainty that T Michael is reliable/ dependable individual I know. I have been using his taxi service for transportation to and from the airport. Some 600 trips latter, I have never missed a flight, always ahead of time and can count on T Michael to be there in the early mornings (3am) at the airport to pick me up after long flight delays from the East coast. By far one of the Best Taxi Cab services in Columbus, OH. I am not from the area but I was for this past New Year's Eve 2012 and T-Mike was amazing friendly and reliable. He was able to escort my group and I to the Boathouse and turned back around after midnight to pick us up for an encore downtown. Like I said, by far my best cab experience. Columbus Taxi is the best taxi service in the area. They are always on time and courteous.. I wouldn't use any other can service.

This is one of the most reliable cab services I have ever dealt with. T Michael has picked me up on New Year’s eve within minutes of my call and that was on one of the busiest nights of the year!! He has also picked me up as early as 4 AM for a flight out of Columbus and was right on time so I was able to get the rest I needed with the peace of mind knowing he would be there for me. A truly nice guy who does the job in the most professional manner possible!
