Too noisy group disscussion in next room many nights company banging on their door.

I rented a property from them in Laurel Villa Community and paid my first months rent and deposit. I was suppose to move in the middle of the month and the property was suppose to be ready for me to move in. The place had a broken window that was supposed to be fixed and a refrigerator was including on the lease agreement and still was not there after the 7th day i was supposed to move in, when i have 2 very young children who still drank milk. so the refrigerator was the most important thing for my babies.. The front door seemed to be kicked in and the wood to where the door closes to was broken and was holding up by tape. they gave me a key to the property that didn't even work. They had broken fixtures in the property that were supposed to be fixed by the time i was suppose to move in. It was just horrible place and people to deal with. They acted like the didn't want to fix anything. I requested for my money back and the owner said no. i never spoke to the owner himself, i always had to talk through the lease agent. He never would call me back when i left messages at his office and they wouldn't give me his cell number.. so i had no choice but to file a lawsuit against him. What kinda of business were they trying to run. i have no idea but it sucked so bad because i got ripped from money i was supposed to use on a place to stay for me and my 2 babies.. bad experience.. would not recommend to rent from them or stay at the motel.. its nasty looking and old appliances.. don't give them your money b/c they will try to take it and run.. over charge u for what your not going to get. if u don't wanna waste your time n money DO NOT COME HERE OR RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM LAUREL VILLA COMMUNITY, NICHOLSON APARTMENTS, LIBERTY TRAILER PARK, OR THIS MOTEL.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have been here and its cheap but its not a honey moon stop
