don't spend money here they don't no a thing

STAY AWAY!!! Avoid this place all together - sales, service, parts, etc. I went to the owner to handle an issue and was treated with disrespect and apathy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CYCLE SHACK - SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

When buying something new make shear factory warranty is still active . My 2009 4 wheeler that I got from there out of the crate, 6 months after buying it I brought it in for warranty work to find out that the warranty had got activated 13 month pryer to me buying it and the finance guy there told me there was no way that was possible , after getting on the phone with kawasaki they were able to fix the problem

The reason the warranty was activated was the store ternned in the rebates on the bike under J&J Land and Cattle LLC. And I was told that the owner of Cycle Shack is the owner of J&J Land and Cattle LLC.
