Me and my husband got two combination platters one night after long days at work. We live on the North side of Phoenixville and walk everywhere in town. While eating sometime around 8pm we pulled 4 jet black medium length hairs from our food. I have light brown long hair and my husbands hair is too short for it to be his. I placed a call explaining the situation and was promised our meals would be replaced next day. The next day I walked in to get our replacement platters and Jennifer, the woman behind the counter (the same woman who promised our replacement food) began to yell at me and told me I needed to bring in the food with the hair. I was not told this the night before while on the phone with her. She was very rude and would not replace our meals. Instead, she threatened to call the police and her lawyer- I was not being rude or raising my voice so to be met with such threats was very confusing for me.
So, not only was I inconvenienced at 8pm pulling hair out of my dinner that I was forced to throw away, I was also horribly mistreated by this woman, Jennifer, who was EXTREMELY rude and bitter to me after promising to make it right.

These people are very unprofessional and unsanitary around food, obviously.
Don't risk your health, and definitely don't risk being screamed and mistreated- there food just isn't worth it.
