My wife and I had not visited an eye doctor for several years so 6 months ago I scheduled the both of us. We both were so impressed that we scheduled our two kids in the following weeks. We now have a family eye doctor! Super nice - knowledgeable - no ego like some doctors have...super professional and fun.

Dr Shannon Burgess is great She was in her office doing paperwork and answered the phone when I called She said that I could stop by anytime So I did and she was so kind and sweet

My summer plans were not going as I had planned. I was also very unsure as to what would work best for me So I explained that I live in Florida and that my eyes are very sensitive to the sun I also explained that it was getting harder to see the street names on the signs while driving She took my Rx and helped me make a choice that was functional protective and stylish After spending lot of time with me She addressed my next concern how would I pick them up if Im not still in her area Dr Burgess said that she could ship them to me when they arrived but that they would not be adjusted She was honest and spent alot of time helping me make my selection How thoughtful I got my new BeBe sunglasses a couple days after I arrived at my next stop in perfect condition I love them and have received many compiments

I would recommend her to everyone in the Phoenixville area I only wish that she was in Florida I have never had anyone in her industry go above and beyond like her
