As always, your company definitely came through in my time of need. It's nice to know any time we have issues, or just need a 'tune-up' for our garage door, I can always count on the technicians at your company. We are just thrilled with the service provided and wanted to say thank you for always making our appointments so easy to deal with.

Although I wasn't able to have the work done on my garage that I needed, I appreciate your technician, John, explaining everything that needed to be fixed, how I had to go about fixing them and thoroughly explained how I needed to care for my garage doors moving forward. He truly took the time to treat me like an individual and not just another customer. I look forward to doing further business with your company in the future.

Although I didn't have any work done, I was impressed by the level of customer service I received today. Needed a service for my garage door. Went online for local businesses and found Alan Conkling. I was happy to find that they were in the area close to me. John (technician) came out and fixed everything. I would recommend them to friends if they needed.

I called into Alan Conkling because I needed a repair my garage door. I was scheduled with Mike and he arrived much quicker than I anticipated. He made the necessary repairs and was very professional in doing so. I was so pleased with the service I even called in to Alan to inform him of the great service Mike performed and to thank him for everything.
