I would not even give this place 1 star. I ordered the fried shrimp appetizer, the sizzling rice soup, and the lemon chicken and mushroom chicken and a fried rice with shrimp.. First I tried the mushroom chicken, it is a mixture of strigny tough chicken, some sort of brown sticky sauce that doesnt really taste like anything, and some type of stringy vegetable maybe a bamboo chutes or water chestnut not sure. I found some clump of hard black something mixed in as well, may have been something from whatever fry pan they were using, There were also some black leaf-like looking things maybe some sort of mushroom, i bit into one and it crunched like there was sand or dirt in it. The mushrooms are not a good quality but rather stemmed small mushrooms that dont even look like they were washed or cooked before being mixed with the other stuff.

The sizzling rice soup was not sizzling at all- a true sizzling rice is a thick broth served with a side of crisp-fried rice that you pour into the soup to make the soup crackle, sort of like that rice crispies cereal. This soup was a thin chicken broth with the typical chicken chunks, a few mushrooms, some carrot slices etc. Tasteless.

The lemon chicken is soggy and bland, and again the chicken is really tough. Lemon chicken is probably one of the easiest dishes for an asian place to make, but this type was soggy and the quality of the meat is so poor I'm almost amazed this place stays in business.

The lemon chicken and mushroom chicken I got the "combo" which includes what they call a crepe, which is what other places called crab puffs or crab wontons or cream cheese wantons. It is a traingle of bread that has been fried with sour cream in the middle. The middle part seemed underdone, and the outer part was extremely crisp, so I don't know how they accomplished that, and it didn't taste that bad, but one of them had a black smudge on it, as if it had scraped against a pan with black silt on it or something, so i Didn't eat it. The combo also came with eggrolls, probably the only decent thing in this meal, and their rice is a little strange, it has an orange-ish color to it and they mix it with egg. The rice tasted fine, i just didnt really understand why they mix egg in but ok.

The fried shrimp appetizer was a deep fried item that was so breaded and such tiny shrimp used, it was mostly just deep friend batter. And, it was very overcooked also. It left a gross, dirty taste in my mouth. I won't be eating these and won't let my kid eat them either.

The fried rice I ordered I was looking forward to, and it is probably the most edible out of everything I ordered but still not very good, the shrimp were extremely overcooked and tasteless.

Also with my order they gave me a bag of what looks like tortilla chips in a sandwich baggy, I'm not sure what they are but I have absolutely no desire to try them and threw them away.

The delivery guy looked like a meth addict, and based on the poor quality of the food as well as the dirty/grittiness, I doubt the overall cleanliness of the building. Whoever was cooking obviously does not care about that, either, because they did an extremely poor job. I hope I don't get sick. This restaurant looks pretty shabby on the outside but I wanted delivery and there's almost nowhere near me that delivers. Next time, I won't even waste my time waiting for delivery, I'll happily drive to get something of better quality. This restaurant should be on Kitchen Nightmares.
