From old and broke to New and working in 2 hours what a great experience. Their price was competitive with the stores that wanted us to wait 7-10 day and we had it in 2 Days. Paul’s attention to detail on the install was amazing he is a true craftsman. We recommend your Bbq guys to anyone who want go old fashion value and customer service.

So I will say I received a call today to talk about my experience with Your BBQ Guys due to what is believed to be a bogus review.

First let me say, I started calling for my service on Wednesday before Memorial Day needing it done by Saturday! I called every place listed and only 2 companies answered the phone. The first was Your BBQ Guys and I talked to Paul for approx. 15 minutes.

First we discussed what I wanted done, then he walked me thru their process (I needed a igniter) and one of the perks was that they would replace the igniter for free (I paid for the part $6.95).

Second, they came to my home (Chris was my tech) and he set up a tarp to work on, he was very courteous and professional. When he was done he had me come review the cleaning, showed me what it still needed and fired it up for me to verify it was in tip top shape.

All done so I went in an paid for the service with their online payment option (they did not collect any money up front of for the cleaning or repair) and I was done so, I found the service excellent.

Now, the second company I called (I did call to get pricing comparisons) was almost double the price and they wanted to pick up my grill and return in 2 weeks later? Beyond that, only 1 of the other companies I called even bothered to call back and he was a rude old man who kept telling me I needed to just buy a new grill.

So o hear about this review was dis heartening as I know what a great job Paul and Chris did for me. They when above a beyond to make sure I was happy and I will take any call and talk to any one about this service because in my opinion, it was excellent!
