We used X-Grass AKA the putting green AKA the recreational group to install turf in our dog daycare yard less than 2 years ago. We were promised that the turf wouldn't have seams and it would be secured so the dogs couldn't pull it up and get to the gravel underneath. The turf has shrunken and pulled away from the nailer board, both inside the yard where the dogs play and outside of the fence where there are no dogs. They improperly installed it. Gary Duff blames the dogs, X-Grass/The Putting Green/The Recreational Group takes zero responsibility for their install or subpar turf. They ripped us off for over 20K, all of it has to be replaced. Please go elsewhere for your astroturf needs!
