I don't know where the good reviews come from. The were completely unprofessional. They didn't do their work properly and were rude to me. I had to have another contractor fix wolfe's shoddy work! The other was great!

Wolff is a great company with the highest od standards. They do not take advantage of anyone and are fair to all. The previous post is wrong They take the best care of their customers. Ignore the previous post and believe in the Valley's best.

They seem to think money grows on trees. I am so disappointed in the recent service call. I had some young man answer the phone I dont know why he answers the phones not very professional. Prices very outrageous. I live in Scottsdale and I am going to tell everyone I lknow not to use this company.

My a/c went out this morning, and my property management company sent Keith from Wolff Mechanical over. Keith was friendly, polite and went right to work! He fixed the problem (when it initially looked as if I may have been without air overnight). I would certainly recommend Wolff Mechanical to friends that may have a/c problems!!Great job Keith!

When I first moved to the valley I made the mistake of purchasing a maintenance agreement from one of those other guys. Low cost up front but lousy expensive service after the fact.I have since had a split system replaced in my home and in a rental house we own. Not only did Wolff Mechanical beat every other price I received, but they did an outstanding job of clean and efficient installation. I have since purchased annual maintenance agreements for both houses. Just this past week I needed service. A technician was sent to my house within 4 hours. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Wolff to anyone.

My wife had Wolff Mechanical out to our home yesterday, they were professional and complete. The employee checked out 3 of our units and tuned them up, they kept our home clean and made acceptable recommendations to lower our utility bills this summer. He also had to remove a snake from one of our units and did this at no charge. I was very thank full for this! Great service Thank You Wolff Mechanical

Called Wolff Mechanical late Saturday afternoon our down stairs AC was not working. I was worried about having it fixed by Sunday morning for a Mothers Day breakfast. The technician Joey returned my call with in 15 minutes and was at my door with in 35 minutes. He was there about 20 minutes and told me I needed a part, and the cost, he had the part with him. The repair was done and the AC has been working very well since Saturday. He told me one way or another he would get my AC working for my event so I was confident that the problem would get solved. This is my first call to wolff mechanical they are now my AC provider and I will tell my neighbors about the great service they provide.

The work done at my house was completely unprofessional. They didnt even finish the job. Their field sup Brian is a joke to work with. I dont think he cares about the job he is working on. They had an attitude and never followed up on fixing their shotty work. I paid them well to wreck my house? Never going to use these guys again.

I called Wolff out to fix my furnace at 5PM on a Friday, they told me they could be there within one hour. I received a phone call about 15 minutes later telling me a service man was on his way to my house. He repaired the furnace within about 20 minutes, furnace works great now. Both the girl on the phone and Joe the service man were so nice and helpful. The serviceman also gave me the current discount even though I was not aware of the specials.

I has Wolff Mechanical do an airflow analysis. They then repaired my ductwork. What a difference. My house is cooler as well as my bill is about 25% less than previous months. Thank You Wolff Mechanical. I am so glad my utility company referred me to you. I will be letting all my friends know just what great service you offer.

I have never had better service in my life. Always on time, very professional, courteous. The prices are great and always a friendly voice on the other end of the line. I would highly recommend Wolff Mechanical to anyone who has an a/c issue of just needs service.

I have had Wolff Mechanical install the AC system on my last 2 homes in Scottsdale, they do a great job, on time and under budget.

Purchased a top of the line TRANE a/c from Wolff 3 years ago. Cost, including installation, was $8800. Have had some problems with the a/c and have a difficult time getting repair or routine service from Wolff. Last summer we tried to get them over to perform routine inspection. They blew us off and never returned calls. Had them over today to look at why the unit just kept running. They supposedly identified and fixed the problem with a $79 service call. Now I sit here (7-28-09) while the temperature in my house is 85 and climbing rapidly. The unit doesn't work at all after they "fixed" it. It will be at least 2 hours until they come back to fix whatever they fixed the first time. This is the second time this has happened to us with this company. If you are thinking of purchasing high-end equipment through this company, use caution.
