Came out to my residence to recover a vehicle. The man called me son a punk and told him to open the f'ing door. Then he proceeded to start kicking the garage putting dents all over it. I had to make a police report for criminal damage to property. Not very professional NO STARS!!

Company runs a scam. My vehicle was repossed. I would had more than happy to hand over the vehicle keys and taken my belongings out of the vehicle. That would had settled matters -case closed. But no the tow truck driver took my vehicle without even attempting to contact me. He knew where I lived. So when I went to pick up my belongings the very next day I was told I needed to pay an 'admin fee' and a storage fee before I could retrieve my belongings. They are already collecting from the bank that owns the lien on the vehicle. This is their way of collecting additional money. When the city of Phoenix has your vehicle impounded you are allowed one trip without any charges to claim your belongings. Obviously WIRB sees this as a way to blackmail people and squeeze more money out ouf them.
