We took my 11yr old daughter to get braces. By far this is the absolute worst dental practice I have ever encountered. The staff consist of a group of immature and unprofessional teenagers(short of popping bubble gum in your face) They are literally giggling and talking about their weekend while you wait to be helped. 3 of my daughters brackets fell off 3 hours after being put on. We were scheduled for an adjustment instead of a repair and then told due to the mistake they didn't have time to fix them and we were told to wait to be seen at her next scheduled appointment in 1 month! We canceled our contract after 1 month and now get to look forward to dealing with their billing department (who have horrible reviews) to get reimbursed for the unused balance. I wouldn't even let them remove her braces because I refused to deal with them 1 minute longer!
