There is a sparkling pool you will NEVER get to swim in because they keep it LOCKED 24/7, don't let them convince you otherwise... ask some tenant you see outside if you do visit, also ask them about the bed bugs, many units have been infested!



I've lived here several years, There is now new management... but these people are worse than the last..



Maintenance speaks Spanish only, looks at you like you're stupid when you explain all the things wrong with your apartment (because if you live here there will be many).



Old cabinets from the 1970's when it was built, made of particle board and rotting, with RUSTED fixtures. Holes in the bathtubs (2 separate units I've lived in both similar conditions) where water can get behind them to the drywall, yet they make people sign mold clauses.



We've gone weeks waiting for maintenance to take care of issues that are considered emergencies under their own maintenance list.



I've lived on the bottom and top floor, I'm telling you bottom is worse (the ceiling to bottom/floor to the top is VERY thin, you will hear everything they do. However if you live on the top floor you will have neighbors below you complaining about you constantly when you are TRYING to be quiet. Either way it's because these buildings are old and poorly built.



They are planning on getting new roof-tops put on these apartments... that will not help anything, it will only draw in more suckers like that gorgeous pool we haven't gotten in for 4 years, and in Phoenix, AZ in the height of summer it's a MAJOR let down.



Management will try to sucker you for more rent by saying they lost your money orders or they were stolen. They go after those who pay with money orders because it's harder to prove you paid.



Drug infested here as well. There are many residents that hang around outside cars pull up and they get into these cars, circle the complex's U shaped parking that leads to the street on both ends, then get dropped back off. Some of the STAFF here hang around with those people outside on their breaks, crooked business going on here.



SUBSTITUTES often working in the front office. These people will PROMISE FREE RENT and all sorts of things that they will not be able to deliver and no one can. FREE RENT sign is visible from the street, BUT you will only get that month free if you have PERFECT CREDIT!! Which no one with perfect credit is going to want to live in this dump...



People stopping and parking in the FIRE ZONES every day, blocking the only paths into the rear of the complex, which is a hazard for the people who live in back.



This place is a nightmare. If you are sill bent on living here, have your unit INSPECTED by a third party inspector. They will SHOW you a decent unit then try to move you into another without getting to look at it in the last minutes of signing the deal. Anything they promise you, GET IT IN WRITING. These people are shady. Untrustworthy, pick on disabled, elderly & poor to make up for their lack of insurance.



It is DARK and CREEPY here at night, also. Plenty parking space, however you will hear alarms all hours of the night and notice people double parked constantly, as well as see the tow truck cruising the parking lot looking for easy prey at their convenience, not if you call them. And people pull up so far the front ends of their cars hang OVER the sidewalks! SO PLEASE, IF YOU'RE IN A WHEELCHAIR DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself the pain & frustration of having to make constant complaints. There is no way to get by in wheelchairs or power-scooters!!!



RUDE tenants, thieves, drug addicts, & cops around quite often but the drug problem's not going away.



Good luck getting to use the one and only laundry room, because there are fewer than 15 washers and dryers and most of them have been in bad shape, if not entirely out of order for 4 years!



BAD IDEA TO LIVE HERE.
