TOTAL SCAM

I've reported them. Not good when you send to an officer.

Definitely a scam. They sent us an 'invoice' and no one here had ever contacted them.

Total Scam!! We have a private company that hosts our website. Called them and they are not associated with them at all. Do not pay this bogus looking invoice.

If this is not a scam - then you should be more direct with your clients. The invoice "like" document that I received has been forwarded to the US Postal Mail Fraud division for review and reported to the OHIO Attorney General's office as a deceptive practice. Your request for payment was denied by our legal office and flagged as a possible scam - recommending further action by the above agencies.

Avoid this company (if it is a legal comapny) they send invoice for everyone even they didn't sign up so service, when you call you can't reach anyone. SCAM !!!!!! SCAM !!!!!!!!! SCAM !!!!!!!!!!

It is a scam we never asked for this service and waited on line to speak to a person. They wanted me to leave my information, they would not speak to me.

Received a bill for $70 as well here in PA. Tried to call wait time over 30 minutes. No return call. This is a scam. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We received an invoice today from this company. We have never heard of it and would never, ever, request services from a backup company -- I can do that myself. After seeing the reviews, I'm going to forgo e-mailing them -- it's very obvious that this is a scam. Thank you for your reviews.

We too received a very authentic looking invoice, even including an account #, for $70.00 for a "website backup service plan". Nothing on it indicates it is a solicitation & no one in our company set this up. So, this is obviously a "scam" type operation that hopes a company will pay this invoice unknowingly signing up for a service they don't need or want. Also, the phone wait time is in agreement with other posts - 30 minutes or longer. And they don't call back after a message is left. You need to be aware of this.

I too have a bogus invoice for $70 and attempted to call and get busy signal all afternoon. Never heard of these guys!

Like the person who posted on ripoff report, my company received a bill for $70.00 for services we did not sign up for (we have never even heard of this company before). When I tried to call, it said there was a wait time of 26 minutes and automatically transferred me to an answering machine. This practice is deceiving and I'm sure other companies have fallen for this trick. BEWARE!!!
