I went to this store today to get a king size water bed mattress and the gentleman there was AWESOME! very polite and knowledgeable. Very good quality items! I highly recommend this store!

This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Beware if you buy something here because no matter what you are stuck with it. Even if it is damaged during delivery they will not assume any responsibility. I had a bed delivered and noted on the delivery slit that there were scratches and a huge dent. I was told to call the store and they would send a replacement. Well when I called the store they informed me since I accepted delivery it was mine and they would not replace the item, even though I had noted the damage on the delivery slit and made a copy. They kept to the story that when I accepted delivery I accepted it as is - WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. I have filed suit with them over this matter.My recommendation is to go somewhere else they are very unethical!!!!!!!
