This company is awful,yesterday I called to tell them that my payment was on the way it just got lost in the shuffle of things .I asked what the late fee was and he told me my bill was actually higher than the bill that was sent to me.I told him that i'd pay the bill that was sent to me in addition to the $15 late fee the next morning my water was turned off.Beware of them they charge what they want and there is no recourse,Im sure they'll charge me a hefty fee for turning it back on

This company is horrible! Their fees are absurd. They changed our billing cycle from every 2 months to every month and tacked on the same fees...completely double dipping. To make matters worse, they hold the landlord responsible for their tenants bill and threatened to shut off my water if I didn't pay my ex-tenants bill. No other utility company I use operates like this. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I would give negative stars if I could. This company has failed on its basic mission statement which is to provide accurate water billing. My bills had the most ridiculous mathematical errors. I know first hand that the reimbursement they send to the HOA is also riddled with errors. When they are called regarding these errors they are so unbelievably rude, to them it does not matter because they were hired by the HOA and not you, they make this point perfectly clear. They failed to send bills to at least 4 homeowners in our HOA, we only have 32 homes(minimum 12% error), then we all got nice shutoff notifications. This company is a joke find another metering company.

I am sure glad that we went with Water Submetering Systems. They know their stuff, very knowledgeable. Efficient install and now our HOA will be able to reduce fees and probably end up with a surplus. This holds all of us residents responsible only for the water we use. This is the wave of the future if you are looking to cut costs in your community AND conserve water.
