I don't get around as good as I used to but I am not ready to go to some nursing home. I like my independence but at the same time I know I can't do a lot of the minor repairs in the house. I heard about water damage phoenix and called to see if I could get someone to come out and do some of the odds and ends chores in the house. A handyman came out the very next day. I told him what I needed done and he seemed to understand how to do the work I wanted completed. I like the fact that he kept busy all during the day. He painted trim around my doors, fixed some locks to the house, and did the gardening I asked to have done. It isn't often we have a winter cold enough to wreak havoc on our Phoenix home, but every few years we get walloped. This past winter was so bad we ended up with a frozen pipe and no water. Knowing the freezing of the pipe is the least of our concerns and we could end up with a busted pipe and major flooding if we didn't take action, I contacted Water Restoration Phoenix. I was thankful for this, as who knows how long the freeze would have lasted before the pipe burst! I rarely entertain at my home, but when I do I want everything to be perfect. This usually means several weeks of preparation leading up to the event. This past holiday season, I hosted a party for 40 friends and family members. I'm really impressed with the service I got and the guys were just plain outstanding and friendly as can be. I think Water Damage Phoenix is great!

About a week ago I came home to a real mess. The rubber hose behind my washing machine sprung a leak and there was water all over the place. I was expecting to deal with some real serious flood damage repair work when I called Water Damage Phoenix for help. They had a guy out to my house real quick and he was able to fix things in just a few minutes. He also told me of a couple things I could do to stop it from happening again. I didn't know that I can have an alarm system that would notify me at work, but the dude explained how I could have it installed. He gave me a few other ideas about how to prevent water damage cleanup problems from happening and I really appreciated the advice. I was expecting a hard sell on other services but that wasn't the case. I was really impressed with the service and the way I was treated.

We got back after the long holiday weekend, only to find our home full of water.Thankfully we know John from water damage of phoenix from our old apartment complex. He has helped us do emergency water clean up before. He came out immediatly and took care of us, He is really a great guy to know.

WDP Restoration was initially called out by the fire department to board up my kitchen window after my stove fire. They cleaned my entire house and performed smoke and fire restoration on my entire house. They rebuilt everything that had been damaged. So all the insurance people, estimators, contractors, subcontractors,suppliers, furniture guys,electronic guys and who ever had been coming and going they managed it from beginning to end. It was like a well oiled machine. Would call them for ANY problem I have at my house, they get it done.

I found that my water heater started to seep water. I called out water damage phoenix to check it out. They got their plumber to change out the water heater under warranty. If I had not had them out when I did, there is no telling how much water would have come out. When they rolled the water heater out of the garage they showed me underneath had been rusted out and was crumbling as he poked his finger at it. So it was a very timely repair.

These guys are quick Mike C. got to my condo in 20 minutes of calling in the water problem. My RO system had sprung a leak and was all over my kitchen floor. Mike cleaned everything up and set up his equipment. He commenced to dry the entire area and it took about 3 days. Now everything is dry and repaired Thank Mike for the fast response, I KNOW it would have been more damage if it sat there longer.

When my home got flooded WDP was fast to arrive, they did every thing I feel should have been done. They did discover mold in my ceiling under the upstairs bathroom. They took care of it but said it was not covered under my insurance plan. I did have to pay out of pocket for that. Everything else was pretty smooth considering the situation.

Water Damage Phoenix responded to service call in less than 20 minutes. My carpet got wet from frequently malfunctioning washer. John got everything cleaned up and dyed out in just a few days. I totally satisfied with their service. I am very impressed with their response time.

Water Damage of Phoenix helped me when my house got flooded. I had I broken pipe in my bathroom and it flooded half of the top level of my home and ran through the floor and soaked the down stairs. They removed the ceiling and dried the floor from the bottom up. They really did a great job and not a hint of moisture when they got done.

John is the man, I could not figure out why my ceiling was continuously wet. I called out several plumbing outfits, none of them could tell me where the water was coming from. So I decided to call Water Damage Phoenix for a free estimate. John got up in the attic and found the pipe had split at the joint and fixed it for me. He charged me a lot less than those plumbers had mentioned. I now have my water problem repaired and a dry ceiling thanks to John and his helper. I appreciate the good work guys.

My SAM SUNG refrigerator decided to leak all over my kitchen and onto my carpet. I mopped up the kitchen but had to call Water Damage Phoenix to remove the water from my carpet. They had the industrial water extractor to vacuum all the water out and dry my carpet. They arrived at my home within 20 minutes. They have ultra fast service and the right tools to do the job they are my new carpet cleaners now. My old carpet cleaners said it would by 4 days to come out sheesh, I guess they don't need the business

I had several different carpet cleaning company's over the years. My carpet was always cleaner after the job was done but still dull looking. WDP cleaned my carpet and oooh man it looked really clean they said the used a citrus additive and it worked like a charm. I am super pleased with there work.
