If a rating of zero were an option that is exactly what I would give this company and it's owner. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. They have had my lawnmower for nearly three weeks and still have not fixed it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my mower blade in and they sharpened it. When I couldn't get it back on the mower correctly, I took the entire mower in and asked them if they'd tighten the blade. They told me I was missing a washer and something else was broken. I told them the mower was working fine and I did not want to put any money into major repairs because I bought it at a yard sale in 2000 for $25. They promptly put it back in my car and told me to go buy a washer.For the cost of a 5 cent washer, they totally lost my business.

Went in for 3 issues all under warranty; Said it would be 2 weeks. Roughly 3 week later said they just got the part and would take a few days to put in. Finally 2 weeks after that I came in and they said they just got the part that day. Turns out they didn't fix the main problem or even look at that (although it was written on the notes), decided to change the spark plug and the air filter even though I didn't ask for that and said I owed them $78. Told them no and they pulled the cable off. I put the old one on in 1 minute. I wouldn't ever go back there. Strike me as completely dishonest. The main issue is a part on the housing that maintains the wheel height. I figured they would either replace the part or bend it to the correct shape. Either would have fixed the problem. They said they didn't know how to fix it. Morons.

I've been bringing my lawnmowers here for almost 30 years. I recently left my mower there for blade sharpening. I waited for 3 weeks. Every time I called they kept promising to have it done in few days, but they never even started work on it. This isn't the Hahn's we all used to trust.
