I would suggest not to ever use Vip taxi ever again from a driver to a customer Management to Dispatch is really the worst company I have ever seen in my life plus they cover things up to make it look better

Such a refreshing change. They call you back and confirm that your taxi will be there. A real HUMAN!!!!! Cabs are always clean and don't smell like feet. Drivers seem friendly and caring. Actually able to converse, and give you a safe comfortable feeling....I will go out of my way to find a VIP taxi.
