I have been here since 2008 and the management is really good and the maintenance is pretty good too, but my biggest complaints is that neighbors are often loud and let there children run wild regardless of the warnings the management makes. Also, in the back area, after storm comes through, the sidewalks and lawn is flooded. I've also seen drug deals go down and the rent gets raised almost every year. If you don't have children and you don't mind the "activities", this is a good place to live. The apartments are very comfy, just not for the price they are asking.
