I worked for this company for 1 year and I have never seen just a disorganized . They are not reliable and honest in what they are doing or handling customers.
They have some not experienced or certificated employees who are working on Semi /Commercial trucks which come in for maintenance. When you complain there is no one to listen coz management is involved in this too. All they care about it getting the trucks in and out as quickly as possible and collect payment on it and show the HQ in NC that they are the best location and fastest to get the job done, which risking drivers life and their families support.
I complained and wasn't willing to be part of their game and got fired on the spot and with no explanation and or with proper protocols. When requested to speak with HR that didn't do no good either coz there is not HR locally only in HQ which is based in NC and they don't speak to employees in AZ at all. Only speaks or hears the Manager.
I feel really sorry for the drivers and their families life that this fleet center is risking.
