I witnessed the owner Bill hounded my daughter for money before work was completed. She was reluctant to pay him before work was done, and according to the contract she wasn’t supposed to pay until work was completed. But he hounded her, demanded, and pressured her to pay him in full. He even accused her of mistrusting him and promised her with a hand shake that he would return to fix if he didn't do right. She paid him and we all left while they were still working.

We returned and saw work was done wrong. Both my daughter and son called the company several times. They got the money, stopped responding, and did not return to correct as promised.

We should have picked up this company was up to no good right when the owner Bill hounded and demanded money before work was completed and verified. No honest man that meant well would pressure customer for money before work was completed according to plan.

It’s sad that people like that exist, preying on unguarded, innocent customers.

We needed a problem fixed, and despite assurances and a hand shake Valley Trenching wouldn't come back to fix it.

So thrilled with the job Valley Trenching did for us. We had seen work the did in our neighborhood a number of years ago when new sewers were going in. Very little disturbed, everything cleaned up. Looked good.

As we get ready to do an expansion on our home, we decided to contact Valley Trenching to see if we could relocate the septic or if we needed to go onto sewer.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable, explained what was required and gave us everything we needed to know to apply to the city. Unfortunately, the city did not allow us to relocate the septic tank, so we hired Valley Trenching to hook us into the sewer.

Our home is very old and was built by the original owner. A lot of the piping was close to the house and not well located. We had new windows installed a few years ago and were a bit worried. Valley Trenching did an amazing job, kept the dust down, didn't damage anything and the job went perfectly.

We highly recommend them for trenching work that needs to be done.

Beware of this company, especially the owner (Bill). Not a man of his word. Demanded and pressured customer for full payment while work was in progress. Promised that work would be done correctly as instructed by customer so that he can have his money, and if not would return to correct. They got the money but they did not honor their words. Work was NOT done correctly and they have NOT returned to correct the error.
