I got my belonging within the time period they said. Nothing was broken or missing. Overall, it was a good moving experience.

Moved from AZ to UT, very pleased with their work. By far the cheapest quote I got and it did not go up. My stuff arrived in tact on time. I would absolutely recommend this moving company, very friendly and efficient.

USA Moving and Storage helped me with my first out of state move to a house in California. They were all such nice and helpful people, from the customer service representatives to the movers. The entire process was easy and affordable. None of my things were damaged or lost, and they were delivered on time. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for affordable, quality movers. They do a great job.

I had a great experience with these movers. I had to move very last minute ( I called them 2 days before they moved me) and they were so accommodating. The movers were friendly and professional and handled everything with care. The price was cheap. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!

I was referred to this company by a friend who had used them in the past and could not be more impressed. The movers were excellent, very efficient and thorough. All boxes were labeled properly and handled with care, then placed in their corresponding rooms at my new house. They arrived within the 2 hour timeframe they gave me, which was pleasantly surprising since I was expecting to sit around all day waiting for them, as this has been my experience with ALL moving companies I had used in the past. I will definitely be keeping their number handy for my next move.

USA Moving is amazing!! They were on time, professional, and thorough. Packed all of my things carefully and nothing was damaged. All of the boxes were labeled and placed in the right rooms. Great job!

Moved from Phoenix, AZ to Grand Junction, CO. I spoke with a representative who gave me an estimate over the phone and sent me an email confirmation. Once the movers packed my things there was more than what was estimated and the price was adjusted accordingly, not surprising. My things arrived a couple days after my move in date, though this was also not surprising since they had communicated to me when booking that it may take up to 14 business days after my ready date. Overall, the experience was good. Movers were friendly and helpful and the process was simple enough.

Moving Service was great! Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Roxana was honest with my quote matching Rob’s in-home estimate and everything was confirmed within a couple of days. It saved me a lot of time, money, and stress. The movers were professional and Maria was a great help answering my questions when she called the day before the scheduled pick-up and before my delivery from Arizona to Maine.

Move Out To Their Storage Facility: Actual price was more than double the price quoted. They will quote you a competitive rate, and then charge you more than a more reputable company. I paid a ton to have them pack most of my house. The movers did a good job and worked efficiently, but neglected to label any boxes. Dumb. I still tipped them well in hopes they would take good care of my possessions.



Storage: Awful in terms of invoicing and organization. For three months, they could not get the storage prices correct as per the contract I signed. Phone calls and emails were never returned. In the end, the movers had to correct the costs when they showed up months later. One of the most unprofessional business deals I've ever been subject to.



Move In From Their Storage Facility: Same guy in charge of the move as before. Denied being involved before and denied knowledge of why the boxes that his crew packed were not labeled. Unorganized and unprofessional. Broken items in boxes that they packed. Broke a light fixture in the house and offered a refund. Never followed through on the refund.



Conclusion: I cannot stress enough that for what I was charged in the end, another company with a better reputation would have done a much better job for less money. If the costs was significantly less, I could have accepted the incompetance of this company. But it wasn't, and I don't. Brutal.
