Provided by SuperpagesI paid for a background check. The report contained the following three words: "No information available." I called to request a refund. The rep hung up on me. Don't waste your time or money doing business with this company.

Provided by SuperpagesWe've been using Universal's services for 8 months now, and they've been wonderful. We were always reactive with our prior vendor, and could never get anyone on the phone. Universal has been proactive with us, and notify us if an order is going to be complete beyond their 2 day average turnaround time. If you're looking for a vendor, or looking to switch your vendor, I highly recommend Universal Background Screening.
