Awful customer service. Have tried several times to call this morning - the phone just rings until a message says 'the machine is off'. Worst business practice I've ever dealt with.

They are rude,they think they are better then you.also they have the loudest weight hanging on the flagpole that bongs all day., and they never fix it. A new boss maybe!

Despite the less than par reviews, I have only have GREAT service at this USPS. The people working have been nothing but friendly and helpful!

Can never get a live person. I believe they take phone off hook ALL DAY!! They have returned my forwarding mail back to customers saying unable to forward. yes, we have a forwarding address in with them. We are not getting our mail forwarded to new address.. it has just stopped completely for about 2 weeks now, we have gotten nothing. I can not reach anyone as always a busy phone line!! terrible just terrible!!

They are garbage, and the customer service is worse

LAZY and RUDE..........they act as if their job is such a burden on them. Negative group of people working there!

Don't ever use the Post Office in Anthem! They lose mail or my thought is steal it! I have had checks stolen and birthday/ holiday cards missing, ripped, returned to sender ... Outgoing mail, if it's not tracked, never makes it to its destination. WTH??? And I'm told it's the private carriers??? Someone needs to take responsibility!!

This is the worst postal service I have ever encountered. My mail person is ignorant, arrogant, constantly loosing my mail and giving me other people' s mail. I understand why people go postal after dealing with the depths of incompetance that this branch delivers. When I complained they said he is union and good luck getting anything to happen.
