Amazing service. The entitled privileged people complaining about people being brief and concise have never worked in a job where they are under a constant deadline. Thank you to the employees at this location and all USPS employees you are appreciated. To everyone constantly complaining what are you doing to make anything better? Shut up.

Rude service! This was just over the phone! I called to schedule an appointment for my passport and the lady asked when I needed it and I told her in less then two months and I continued saying I would pay the expedited fee to get it faster but she would not let me finish my sentence everytime I tried to talk. She talked very rudely saying that it takes two months and I tried telling her I know that already, I was just gonna pay for the expedited fee and she still continued to cut me off before I could say I would pay for the fee saying that she would not have an available spot for appointment until next month. She then suggested to go to a courthouse and I said Ok cool I did not know that. So she suggested 3 places and I picked one and when I tried to say Thank you, she hung up on me after I said "Thank." Learn some phone manners please! The one star is for suggesting a place to get it done at.

I had been going to post office in many cities and state that I lived in US, including this location. I also used to work as a executive assistant in the office and I have to run to couple of times a week to post office. When you work at the company you will always used company credit card or your manager or your boss cradit card to ship stuff for company. And there are never one time that any post office that I been in the country will check your ID. First of all this young girl work at the counter she is new and I never seen her before, so she helping me with international shipping. And I have to step our to fill up the custom form. And she want to get back her after I finished. When I back to her she was busy with her cash register change. So I wait for her to finish what she is doing for 5 mins. It's big deal for me I don't have to be somewhere. Than she is back and talk to me with altitude and you don't have to wait for me and you can go the other register. There is only 2 register open and there is line. The other guy is busy helping other. She is kind of not happy that I am waiting for her instead. And than I need to pay and I hand her my boyfriend credit card, she acknowledge right away the name on the card is not me. So she right away ask me my id. And I told her that that is my boyfriend card. And I don't have his id. She said sorry you can you used that and we can't ship anything for you. Anyway this is ridiculous that the first in my life I got my id check using credit card at post office in this small little city in foothill awhtukee. I known so many of my friends work in the office and they have to run post office for their company many time aweek and using company credit card and there is not once they have to show their id.

I would say DO NOT USE this post office. Moved from California on a Friday, expected a box by the following Monday, Tuesday time frame. The delivery person decides not to deliver it Monday because my name was not on the box! Here for three days, weekend mind you, and I am suppose already have my name in my mail box. No note saying you got Mai! Just a request for Names of residence receiving mail. A week goes by, no second attempt, no notice in my box to pick it up, and mail is trickling in. Called to find out what happened and Cassy treated me as if I were intruding on much needed nap time. I think some people need to be taught that they are there to do a job, and the customer is not asking for favors just some courtesy.
