It is very difficult to believe that the times one has to call to this specific location, there has not been one time that someone has answered the phone. I have called serveral times and it seems that no one is available to answer the phone to answer simple questions instead of getting in my car and driving all the way to the post office and have my questions answered that could have easily been answered over the phone in couple of seconds. It has come to be an inconvenience me and the issue of poluting the air for no simple reason just because someone is too lazy to answer the phones. On top of that, the website does not specify the hours of business which would be nice and convenient for your viewers. People at the Cactus USPS location, let's get it together and start running this business the way it should be ran. Thank you for taking the time in reading my column.
