Don't EVER take your vehicle here!! This business doesn't even deserve ONE star! I had used this place of business for auto repairs for YEARS, and recommended everyone I could to these guys! They have no sense of loyalty, integrity, and they do not stand behind their work. Simply put... FRAUD!! $1,500 later, I still have a vehicle I can't drive, and what's worse the owner won't even RETURN A PHONE CALL!!!!! Thanks for nothing but headaches and stress ultimate auto....

I used to work for Rich. I quit, because I wasn"t going to rip people off. He under charges some, over charges others, and figures "it all ends up even in the end." He doesn't know what he's talking about and lies constantly.The one star was being nice.

This is not true. IF they stuck to their "original quote" is must be because they put old used parts in your car from a junk yard! They treat their employees terrible and they tell you you need work done to your car that you really dont! Do not take your vehicle here. I made a mistake going there.

I had my car towed into Ultimate Auto Repair from another shop that I thought was trying to take advantage of me. When I spoke to Rich he said that my symptoms didn't match the diagnosis from the other shop. I was literally in tears when I walked through the door because the other shop said I had blown up my motor. One of his technicians ran a compression test and verified that my engine had NOT been damaged at all, and all I needed was a thermostat, which turned out to be a very minor repair. I was so happy, I couldn't believe it. As a woman, I was so glad that I finally found an honest place to take my car that won't rip women off. I have referred all of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!

I called Ultimate Auto Repair to have a timing belt and water pump replacement on my Acura. Rich was informative and friendly on the phone and quoted me an excellent price, which was way less expensive than every other place I called. When I got there, I found the place clean, modern and inviting. Since the repair was going to take a better part of the day, Rich offered me a FREE rental car so that I could complete my errands for the day. Not only did I get an excellent price on the repair, I felt like I found THE place I can trust and feel comfortable about bringing my vehicles to get repaired without worry. I will absolutely refer all my friends. Thanks again Rich! My car runs like a champ.

From the moment I called Rich was courteous, professional, and truly listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle. Upon entering the business I was greeted, and immediately taken care of. The price quoted was the price they stuck to! They took care of my vehicle right away and promised it back in less time than I had expected. I would recommend Ultimate Auto to ANYONE!!! Escpecially in todays economy....one of few places I've found that truly stands behind their word, their work, and their honest prices!

Fix it first time best place in town

After calling several places, I brought my vehicle into Ultimate Auto Repair and found everyone there very friendly and helpful. After my vehicle was inspected, I was given a written quote for the work to be performed. I decided to go ahead with the repair, because the price was the most reasonable that I was quoted. Not only did they do the repair for the amount that I was quoted, I was given a free rental car so that I was not inconvenienced. It was awesome. I am now going to refer all my girlfriends and my family to them. It was one of the best automotive repair experiences that I have ever had.######Lynn Glick
