This property was sold late 2015 and flipped 6 months later. Our former manager is no longer here, and the company is managed by CAM Properties. So during the past year we have been inspected twice by bank employees and others for the sale. We have also had 3 years of light rail construction to deal with. All this would be forgivable if our current manager was interested in the residents. She is extremely rude and not interested in any opinions except her own. Some of us have lived her happily for years and last Friday at 5:30 she decided to give notice that the patios (included in rent) had to consist of only patio furniture. This would be OK except that the surrounding concrete fence is 48 1/2 inches tall and a person would have to actually lean against the concrete to see what is in our (private) patios. No stranger does that.
This is harassment of the tenants and borders on hostility. We have gone from a friendly environment to this.

I lived there for 4 yrs . Ted Delnose is the best apt mgr. I ever had. If anything broke or there anythi g I needed he got right on it.The up keep on the property is maticulous. and the neighbors are all like one family 50 units with 50 good neighbors.
