Today Twain secured a towel rack that had fallen in the bathroom, caulked grout cracks around the shower, and fixed a kitchen drawer that had derailed. In addition, to avoid further stress on my kitchen cabinet rail wall mounts, Twain installed knobs on the kitchen cabinets. He did an excellent job on everything and even explained the whys and wherefores as he worked. This excellent business owner knows building and repair very well, as he proved to me not only when he came out to do the estimate, but also as he made good on the items we contracted for. I am already requesting that Twain do more work for me. He is extremely professional and courteous, but through interaction demonstrates that he highly values a personal and equitable customer relationship. I believe you will be amazingly satisfied with his work in every way.

Twain installed a metal security door, after the failed attempts of a friend. He fixed the frame and installed the door properly. Friendly, courteous and responsible. He came when promised, and even went out of his way to accomodate our scheduling needs.

Twain did a beautiful job painting my house and garage, along with a few other repairs needing done. High quality work, very cost conscious, and available for communication. He can see the end product and helps the consumer get to the end with a realistic picture of the costs and repairs needed to achieve the goal. We are all very happy with the work done. I will recommend him to neighbors, friends and family.

I contacted Twain about removing popcorn ceiling in my soon-to-be nursery. Twain explained the process in detail to me, along with the challenges, and gave me a reasonable price estimate. I contracted Twain to do the work, and he fit me into his schedule timely because he knew I was anxious to get the baby room ready.



The ceiling looks AMAZING!! He did a really good job, and also installed a new ceiling fan. Twain is very good at his craft, is quick, and efficient.



Aside from the great job he did, he also showed up on time, worked quickly so there was little disruption to my household, and kept in communication with me along every step of the process.



Twain has an exceptional eye and attention to detail. He is a perfectionist at his work, and that is something I value very highly!!!



I would absolutely recommend Twain for any handyman work needed, and will be contracting him again in the very near future. :)

I had a tricky lighting and drywall project in a walk in closet. I avoided the issue for years. I called electricians to fix the existing lights, which were recessed and framed in crown moulding. No luck. Eventually, I decided I wanted to patch the holes in the ceiling and install new lighting that would mount on the drywall (not recessed). I found Twain, called him, he did the job and now I wonder why I waited so long. I am a little picky and obsessive about dust and paint. Not a problem. Twain is extremely neat. He did great work, provided an estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take, and was ahead of time and below budget. Next time, I will skip the denial and call Twain.

Twain is a very helpful, experience professional with a wide array of skills, which serves him well for doing home remodeling projects involving electrical, plumbing and cabinetry refinishing finishing. We provided Twain with a high-level Scope of Work split into three phases. His labor and material estimates are reasonable. Overall, he really strives to provide quality work at a reasonable rate. He is also dependable on his work scheduling and time to finish estimates.



We look forward to his doing the last two phases of work. I would highly recommend him for doing a home remodel with electrical and plumbing work.

I have had 4 homes in Phoenix since the 80s and Twain has did all my service from remodeling to replacing fans, his price are great and do's an excellent job I would not use any one else.

As Property Chairman of Larkspur Christian Church in Phoenix, Az, I am writing to recommend Twain's Handyman Home Repair and Service for multiple types of construction and repairs.

Twain completed two major projects for us: remodeling two bathrooms, and improvement projects for the outside of the church. The baths were tiled, painted, new fixtures, stalls, and lighting installed. Outside, Twain replace rotted wood, stained doors and attached kickplates, painted the entire outside of the building, including trim, replaced outdoo lighting and installed tile in our breezeway.

The time of work was from April through October, 2010. Twain was reliable, honest, cooperative, trustworthy, and the quality of his work is of the highest standards. His prices were reasonable and his helpfulness in assisting with materials purchases was a real asset since he was able to save us money.

I recommend Twain's Handyman, Home Repair and Remodeling without hesitation and plan to use him in the future should the need arise. As a side, some of our Church members haved used him in their home projects as a result of seeing his work at the church. Vern Glossup

Twains is who I call when needing any home improvement work done. He takes a look at your needs and puts together a plan that works for you. He communicates with you throughout the process. His work is always done professionally. I highly recommend Twain as the go to person for small or large jobs. His prices are reasonable too. These are a few of the things Twain has done for us. He has replaced window screens on our condos, replaced sliding glass doors, bath fans, and ceiling fans and installed mini blinds.

Twain did work at our church and I was so impressed I asked him to do work at my home. He repaired and remodeled our laundry room to include drywalling, plumbing, electrical, and painting. He has done plumbing inside our house. Twain painted the exterior of our home. He is knowledgable, punctual, friendly, and I believe him to be an honest person who explains what he will do and the reasons for doing it. I have more work that I am having him do in the future. Twains has worked for us for several years, In that time he has always shown the Highest requard for our wishes. He takes photo's of the job before he does the work, and photo's after, so that we can see the final product. He never makes final decisions wihout first consulting us first. We looked forward to a long and rewarding buisiness realtionship with Twain.

Twain has done a lot of work for us.painting the inside of our home,replacing light fixtures replacing fans. Also putting new baseboards in our home and installing a security door.He was on time and his work was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that had to be done.We are very happy and pleased with the work done.

Twain has completed numerous projects at my house, including: hanging and replacing four light fixtures, ceiling fan, bathroom faucet, shower faucet/head, and drywall work. My water heater sprang a leak and drenched the pedestal and the surrounding wall in my garage. Twain assessed the damage and the water heater, re-plastered the pedestal, and removed the old heater and installed the new one. He did a good job and the new install looks nice. He had to re-fit the copper piping for the pressure relief valve drain, and had to re-install the cold water inlet valve, and both flex fittings. He explained everything he was going to do, and why he was going to do it, before he started work. I was very satisfied with the work and with his pricing.

Did great on several areas of drywall repair in our home. Very reasonably priced.

We hired TWAIN'S to remodel our 2 bathrooms , and master bedroom . They were very professional, and on time. Like most contractors, who don't call or show up. Twain's did. , They were there, when they said they would be. They communicated clearly and advised us of every detail of the project. They did electrical, drywall, plumbing, painting, flooring, trim work, installed doors, sinks, vanities,shower doors, lighting, tub fixtures, etc...Yada Yada Yada, you name it, and they did it. The project was completed way under the time that was alotted to do the work. My wife and I are very pleased in deed, I have never seen her so happy. We had Twain replace one side of our wooden storage shed due to weather damage. We were very satisfied with the quality of workmanship plus ti was done in a timely manner.
