Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I paid then off and there was a surplus that they owed me that they held for over a month.

Just left tio rico on broadway and 19th ave. Roco was cool very professional. Get this though. after waiting there for over an hour I was denied a lousy 300 dollar persona loan because my direct deposit went into my savings account instead of my checking account. That seems to be pretty ridiculous since they could plainly see that every payday i would transfer money into my checking account and also COMMON sense would dictate that in order to use my debit card I need money in my CHECKING ACCOUNT. you only get it if you have common sense...lol. Well I am here to say that if you want a persona loan with a company that has intelligent people in the the decision making positions go elsewhere that have intelligent decision makers in charge......Oh by the way...roco my man leave that place as fast as you can because you are 1000 times more intelligent than that female in charge....I am poasting this everywhere I can think of. I am on a one man crusade to alert people to lame TIO RICO....

They are great and very friendly....I love them.

These guys really helped me getting some cash. They work really hard and they got me the most that they could! I would definetly go back..they were really quick too.
