I wish I could give this company negative stars. I currently rent from them and I cannot wait until my lease is up. In short this company is short of being slum lords. I moved in July in the midst of the summer heat and my A/C didn't even work. They never fixed the A/C they prolonged until the heat cooled down. Now its winter and the heater doesn't work. I asked them to fix it and after they received 4 quotes from 4 different companies saying it needs to be replaced, they still refuse. I filed a complaint with the BBB of AZ, and in retaliation they charged an $85 service fee stating that the only problem is my filter is clogged. Nobody notified me of the service fee until another $35 late fee was assessed. Since the temp has cooled down my house wont heat above 60 degrees and the only recourse I have now is to seek legal aide.
