This place is awful. DO NOT send anyone on your case here. The kids smoke drugs and sneak out at night due to lack of supervision. They are never watched, staff are neglecting and barely cook for them. The head of madison house (His name is Brian I believe) was involved in a legal investigation after assaulting a child at the home. He's abusive toward the kids at the house. It's EXTREMELY corrupt, and there have been MANY police calls of violence and runaways. They also said they had a license to restrain kids which they did not after a further investigation by the DES. Please, keep your kids away from this house.

This review is based only on the account of one of the children in their care. This is not meant to be libal or slander at all. All details may or not be true, but as far as we know, it MAY be true. Possibly, maybe. If these are not true, then we are not liable for what we are saying, as it is only what we have seen & heard.



"Therapeutic Residences-Youth, the house our family member is in, is apearently not very well kept. The kids are always fighting, they are usually not supervised, and the staff is nowhere to be foudn the majority of the time. They don't have any activities to keep the children busy or to help them, the only activities at the home mainly consist of watching movies, or going out to eat. Apearently the children in one of the homes, the majority of the kids, may be involved in Beastailitly, as we have heard. They have a poorly kept pool, that "Is green" & "Full of leaves and stuff" that is unhealthy. As that is a breading ground for mosquitoes, which may spread illness."



FACT: One of the residents *Family member* ran from the home and was lost for an extended time. When he returned he was bruised and injured. However the home said it was ok, because "He came back on his own"



FINAL OPINION OF THE FAMILY:

The group home is doing a very poor job from what we have heard & seen. We have yet to see or hear anything that has changed our minds as of yet. It is our opinion that this group home does not do anything good for the children in their care, and they fall short on what they promise. Improvement is needed, as far as we know.
