I am shocked at the negative reviews. I've rented 7-8 times from them (bouncers, slides and more) and never disappointed. Equipment has always been clean and I can count on them to drop off early. This is one of the few companies I recommend!

I came in just looking for a few parts and accessories at Apache Carefree and was surprised. The guys at the counter were nice and involved in what I wanted. A different feeling from some other shops I have been at. They gave me advice and their opinion on things. This is a great place to shop; they are very helpful and at no point tried to rush me. I’ll be coming back for more parts in the future.

I ordered a bouncer/moonwalk setup for my son's fifth birthday today, after confirming my order 3 seperate times with the company they showed up with the wrong bouncer. I had also ordered tables and chairs, a cotton candy and bubble machine.



Not only was it the wrong bouncer, one of the tables was broken and unable to stand, the chairs were filthy covered in sticky substances grass dirt and other miscellaneous debri, and to top it off once I called the manager to complain she was incredibly rude and told me I take it how it is or they could pack up and leave and be charged 50% for a cancellation fee.



I was originally quoted $270.00 for the entire rental and they finally discounted it by $25.00 and that was all. I will never use this service again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.



When they came to pick it up he did not knock on my door he walked into my backyard without informing anyone he was there. Since when is trespassing ok???

Horrible service - Rude lady on phone. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place.

VERY BAD service the owner Vickie is very unprofessional. Her website, says a price, then when I called to set it up she also added an extra charge for delivery and set up/take down. Okay I agreed, and then got the email with a totally different price (HIGHER) to confirm my reservation. When I called to ask what was going on, Vickie was extremely rude and didn’t have a clue why her employee Jessica, did that. VICKIE owns the company and she should be more professional than that. Needless to say I tried to cancel then she tells me I can’t because there is a cancellation fee anyway... OMG When they came to deliver the bouncer it was dirty and smelled! This is the worst service ... BE CAREFUL you will get overcharged and treated badly by the owner!!
