Provided by YP.comThis is worst ups store I found, the lady she claims she is the owner of the store denied my refund the overnight I bought with self addressed envelope and never used because I accidently I put two envelope in the package, but passport office returned one envelope because one extra. I returned to this store she never refund ie $ 35.

Provided by YP.comwell; since they can't even be humble and polite on the phone why would i spend a dime. lady on phone was arrogant, rude and seemed to be talking down to me as if she was on the kajukenbo stool of supremacy. overall nasty spirit i sensed from her. no way.
