I am going thru a very hard time right now and on the verge of a nervous break down. I saw the TV ad for Oswalt Law and decided to call. They were very friendly and had time to see me that day. When we sat down and talked the guy was very understanding and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and the decision to file bankruptcy felt very good. Right after i left i was able to have the nasty creditor calls call my attorney, what a relief !! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND !! -clarisa

We went in to meet with them to see if they could help us (they couldn't), so as we were leaving, my husband cracked a joke ("well, next time you're in Encanto, look for our shopping cart"). Their "executive director's" response? "It's not OUR fault, no need to be rude." That's how you respond to a JOKE? If you aren't sure of a person's intention, why not ask for clarification or ASSUME it's a joke before insulting potential customers. This guy was snarky and if they had come back and said they could've helped us, with a response like that, I would've walked out and looked for a more professional firm, anyway. When people are going to them for help, this is how you're treated, especially when they know your circumstances? No thanks!!! I wouldn't recommend them at ALL.
