I've been doing business with System4 for about five years and I highly recommend them. The cleaning is superior to any other service that I've used. The cleaners are very Pleasent when they come in. All work is done has instructed, System4 has done an outstanding job for me.

Amazing service I have been using system4 for 3 years for all of our retail strip centers and office buildings. We have referred them to many other businesses and will continue to do so in the future.

Beware... If you are looking to start a profitable office cleaning business this is not the place. Mark will act professional at first and treat you with respect until you give him a check for thousands and sign on the dotted line. Then you will be thrown unprofitable accounts,(restaurants average $4 man hour) if you refuse then you will be placed on the back burner and told that they are only obligated to offer you accounts. The accounts they get are very unprofitable and will not last long due to the back and forth undercutting of the other franchise businesses. They will also find lies about you and take you out of your "own account" and say your cleaning is not acceptable, you will lose the money you paid for that account and they will sell it to another franchisee. Thats how they make money, sell hundreds of unprofitable accounts to the working class for thousands and even take out 20% every month for management fees, etc. These franchise businesses are run by corporate america, which brings their cut throat business down to the hard working people and will wipe out your life savings in the matter of months. Search the internet, there are tons of lawsuits against these franchise companies. People are being sold a dream and scammed out of every penny they have. And there is little to nothing you can do about it. Most people are to proud to admit they where scammed so they just take it as a lesson. Stand up and fight against these corporate RIP OFFS. I will be on rip off report next.
