Our son was charged with two serious dangerous felony charges with mandatory prison in Arizona and was facing a long prison term; and being residents of Texas, and not knowing any legal counsel in the state of Arizona, we researched criminal lawyers, and ended up retaining Mr. Suzuki because of his experience and reputation as a criminal defense lawyer. While my son was attending ASU, he made several poor choices. His choices led to me receiving a phone call from jail at midnight from my son requesting the assistance of an attorney. My husband was involved in a very serious and complicated case facing several high level felonies and mandatory years of prison. I was recently charged with very serious felonies and facing mandatory prison. I put my whole future in Mr. Suzuki’s hands. He handled my case with extreme professionalism, aggressiveness and care. He ensured me that the court understood the mitigating circumstances surrounding my case. He was very proactive with the prosecutor and court to make sure that they received all of the required documentation prior to sentencing to show my excellent character. My first plea offer was prison in the department of corrections. Mr. Suzuki assured me that he was doing everything possible to get my charges reduced and continued. In the end, I received an excellent deal of only 18 months probation, and I will be able to move on with my life. I would recommend Mr. Suzuki to anyone who feels that they deserve another chance.

My family and I never thought we would need the services of a criminal defense lawyer. As blue and white collar workers we were living the American dream until one of my uncles was stopped for driving too slow (as he made his way home from a church function). Because of a prior felony from 1992, for which he served time, my uncle had his residency taken away and was deported. He illegally entered the country over 10 years ago and had been working and paying his taxes while supporting his family ever since. The traffic officer determined my uncle was here illegally. The illegal entry, which was aggravated by the prior felony, would lead to a possible sentence of at least 63-78 months in federal prison. We met with the public defense attorney followed by a private attorney and they were steering us in the wrong direction. Frustrated, we sought the services of Mr. Suzuki through a recommendation from someone who had acquired his services before.
