Incredibly unprofessional. The owner, Doug will completely avoid you if there is ever an issue. Voicemails do NOT get returned. Requests go unanswered for weeks. I was told on multiple accounts i would be receiving at least an email from Doug. The former assistant there had zero sense of responsibility, showed no remorse or any form of customer service. Was never contacted or called back. Getting maintenance work orders submitted is like pulling teeth. No sense of urgency. MY fiance' and I found ourselves calling multiple times per week, sending multiple emails, and leaving multiple voice mails before begin contacted, again without any explanation or apology .Units maintained are clean to the naked eye, but have had MANY problems with appliances, falling ceiling fans, sanitation. Certain building requirements were not up to code, including buzzing circuit breakers, leaking ac ducts ( LOTS of dust), and inefficient blower fans. Unpleasant environment, making the client feel extremely uncomfortable and a burden. The ONLY good thing about that company is one of their agents, CANDICE GOHMAN, and a maintenance tech, Brian. Other than those two, the company is a joke and a waste of time. As a business owner and contractor, this is by FAR some of the worst business and interpersonal skills i have ever encountered. The soup kitchen will yield far greater customer service to say the least.

Applied for an apt lease and gave the agent app fee and never heard back from her.........she basically took my money and ran Tried calling company to find out what the heck was going on and they never responded back to me either BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
